There are four kinds of general flexible wire conduit products in the world. They are plastic flexible conduit, metal flexible conduit, cable drag chain and flexible conduit fittings.

Plastic flexible conduits:

Plastic flexible conduit are the most widely used flexible wire conduit products in the world, and also the cheapest in the four of them. We could see them in everywhere, like construction, machine, cars, ships, wire harness etc. Here are four kinds of plastic material, Polyamide(nylon), Polypropylene(PP), Polyethylene(PE), Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC).

A) Nylon flexible conduit

Nylon flexible conduit is the most expensive and durable flexible conduit in them, always used in the terrible situation, or high-level place because of it’s best appearance.

B) PP flexible conduit

PP flexible conduit are common in wire harness, and always add some fire retardant during the production to make them fire-proof to protect the wire.

C) PE Nylon flexible conduit

PE Nylon flexible conduit are widely used in machinery manufacturing, because of it lowest price. Especially, the reclaimed-PE are fairly cheaper than the most of the plastic materials.

D) PVC flexible conduit

PVC flexible conduit are widely used in construction, because of it does not support the combustion and it’s harder could be buried in the concrete to protect wire.

Metal flexible conduit

Metal flexible conduit are the most widely used in the construction and machinery manufacturing. They are: galvanized steel flexible conduit, stainless steel flexible conduit, pvc coated galvanized steel flexible conduit and braided stainless steel flexible conduit.

A) Galvanized steel and stainless steel flexible conduit

Galvanized steel and stainless steel flexible conduit belongs to the general metal flexible conduit, and always used in the machinery manufacturing industry to protect wire.

B) PVC coated galvanized steel conduit

PVC coated galvanized steel conduit are used in construction, metro and machinery. Especially in mega project, like building lift and cabling, they are used in everywhere with large quantity.

C) Braided stainless steel flexible conduit

Braided stainless steel flexible conduit are fairly durable. The outside is braided stainless steel, and inside is pvc coated galvanized steel conduit. With the best appearance and nice ability to stop from damage.

Flexible conduit fittings

Flexible conduit fittings are used in fix all kinds of conduit. In other words, help connect conduits with others. They are plastic conduit fittings and metal conduit fittings…
